Test & Verification Systems Engineer




McLeansville, NC



Contract Position




$39.36-$44.36/Hour



Contribute to a company at the forefront of mission-critical systems and technologies in defense and security. This leader in global defense integrates advanced technology to deliver information and insights on the battlefield, offering roles that support security and technological superiority across multiple domains.




Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement test programs to verify system and subsystem requirements, supporting mission-critical defense and security technologies.


• 
  Design and qualify electrical and optical systems for defense applications.


• Develop and manage electrical/optical system designs, including requirement allocation and decomposition.
  


• Oversee requirements lifecycle management to ensure compliance with system specifications.


• Support new product development and transition designs from concept to manufacturing.
  

Qualifications:

• 
  Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Science, Engineering, or Mathematics (or a Master's degree with no experience requirement).


• 
  2+ years of job-related experience (if holding a Bachelor's degree).


• 
  Ability to obtain a Secret Clearance.
  


• 
  Knowledge of systems engineering principles, requirements management, and system modeling tools.
  


• 
  Experience with Agile methodologies (preferred).
