Schedule: Must be available between the hours of 0645-1830 with rotating Saturdays. This position will support the following lab locations Drexel Town Square, Forest Home, Greendale, Greenfield, Lafayette, Lincoln Ave, McKinley, Moorland, Sargeant, and Sunnyslope.




Job Summary:



Responsible for phlebotomy, specimen processing, customer service and provides general office support in a clinic setting. Phlebotomist will be responsible for traveling from site to site if needed. Processing specimens, POC urine dips, Collecting COVID, MRSA, and Strep swabs from patients. Other Duties as assigned.



EXPERIENCE:



A minimum of 1 year of healthcare experience with customer service-related experience in lieu of preferred education. Phlebotomy experience in a clinical laboratory/phlebotomy setting, inpatient and/or outpatient draws, preferred.



EDUCATION:



High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. Formal training in phlebotomy, Medical Assistant training or equivalent or Health Unit Coordinator diploma.


LICENSURE:


ASCP certification preferred.
