Job Description:

Ultimate Staffing is seeking an experienced and dedicated Client Services Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to build and maintain strong client relationships while supporting our subrogation team to deliver top-notch services. As a key member of our client services department, you will ensure client satisfaction, resolve issues, and facilitate efficient service delivery.

What you will be doing:



  • Interact with clients to build strong relationships and ensure their needs are being met effectively.

  • Serve as the primary contact between Ultimate Staffing and clients for inquiries related to subrogation files or status.

  • Identify creative solutions to enhance the client experience and satisfaction.

  • Coordinate and support the implementation of new client accounts.

  • Implement, monitor, and adjust client service protocols to maintain high standards.

  • Address and resolve routine client problems or disputes professionally and efficiently.

  • Obtaining necessary client documents from benefit consultants, claim administrators, or clients directly.

  • Coordinating with claim administrators to verify claim payments or obtain bill copies/EOBs.

  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions for training and tracking purposes.

  • Coordinate monthly client reporting and prepare annual or ad-hoc client reports as needed.






What Qualifications you need:





  • 5+ years in customer-facing roles with a focus on Account Management, Key Account Management, Client Services, or relevant experience (e.g., Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager).

  • Proven ability to communicate, present, and influence clients at all levels of an organization.

  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail.

  • Experience with customer service programs and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho CRM, HubSpot), and MS Office (particularly MS Excel), or the ability to quickly learn new software tools.

  • A BA/BS degree is preferred.
