Job Overview:

As a Senior Accountant, you will be responsible for a variety of accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of the company's financial records. You will work closely with leadership and other departments to support financial reporting, month-end closing, and compliance activities across multiple business units.



Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with GAAP.


• Oversee month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.


• Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements for multiple entities.


• Analyze financial performance and identify trends to provide actionable insights to management.


• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes.


• Manage and maintain fixed assets and general ledger activities.


• Coordinate with internal and external auditors during audit processes.


• Ensure proper accounting treatment for complex transactions and resolve discrepancies.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial goals and compliance.


• Stay up-to-date with accounting regulations and best practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.


• CPA license preferred, but not required.


• At least 6 years of accounting experience, with a strong understanding of financial reporting and general ledger.


• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel; experience with advanced functions such as pivot tables, vlookups, and macros.


• Experience using a robust ERP system such as NetSuite, SAP, or Sage.


• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical skills.


• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to collaborate effectively with various teams.

Compensation:

• $85,000 - $105,000 annually, depending on education, experience, and CPA license.
