Job Summary
The ideal candidate in this role will perform a wide range of duties in an industrial manufacturing environment. This individual will be part of a team responsible for safely and efficiently delivering and moving precast concrete products of the highest quality standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Ability to operate Class A truck/trailer through all types of environments, including off road on job sites
- Ability to operate a truck mounted crane for offloading concrete products or willingness to train
- Ability to read and navigate a map
- Perform pre & post trip inspections as required by company and federal regulations
- Logbook for driver's hours of service regulations
- Understand and adhere to regulations regarding load securement
- Secure product on a flatbed trailer without instruction
- Works with site teams in a professional manor to deliver and place products
- Perform other duties as assigned
Job Requirements
- Class A CDL
- Valid Medical Card
- At least 2 years of experience with a clean CDL record (preferably flatbed)
- Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
- NCCCO Boom Truck Crane Operator Certification preferred or willing to obtain with Oldcastle upon hire
- TLL, ABC, and ABW Certifications preferred or willing to obtain with Oldcastle upon hire
