Overview
We are seeking an ambitious and results-oriented leader to join our team as the Market Operations manager. In this pivotal role, you will take ownership and accountability for all aspects of the business in the Texas region. Your primary focus will be driving top-line growth of order volume, owning the Texas P&L, and maximizing profitability. As Market Operations Manager, you will collaborate with Merchant growth team, Sales, Business Development and Consumer team to attract and retain customers and drive merchant satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
A minimum of 7-10 years of experience in strategy, analytics, operations, or related roles within the food delivery/tech industry.
6+ years of experience in consulting, strategy, technology, investment banking, analytics, or related experience; high-growth or tech business experience.
3+ years being a General Manager (GM) with P&L and growth targets ownership in a hyper growth tech company ideally in food delivery space
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the Texas region, and ideally, have experience living in the area.
Strong leadership skills, with the ability to lead and drive cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent relationship-building skills, capable of engaging with senior leadership and managing multiple priorities effectively.
Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
