Job Description:

Seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee high-end residential construction projects. The role involves managing superintendents, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring project efficiency, quality, and adherence to timelines. Strong knowledge of inspection processes and shell construction is required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Oversight: Manage all aspects of residential construction, from planning to completion.
• Client Relations: Serve as the main point of contact, ensuring smooth communication and timely decision-making.
• Quality & Compliance: Enforce quality control, safety standards, and OSHA compliance.
• Scheduling & Coordination: Develop project schedules, monitor progress, and lead weekly subcontractor meetings.
• Procurement & Billing: Manage material procurement, subcontractor payments, and change orders.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain RFIs, submittals, progress reports, and ensure contract compliance.
• Project Close-Out: Oversee punch lists, warranty items, and final inspections.

Qualifications:

• 7+ years of experience in residential construction project management.
• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred.
• PMP certification required.
• Experience with Buildertrend preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
