POSITION SUMMARY
The Associate Project Manager (APM) at SpectrumVoIP is responsible for overseeing the implementation of new service for our small business customers. The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong time management and work ethic. This position will be located in our Plano, TX office.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS • Manage customers through SpectrumVoIP's on-boarding process. • Obtain necessary technical and business information required from customers/vendors and update records in our CRM • Delegate tasks on the project to other departments best positioned to complete them • Make effective decisions when presented with multiple options for how to progress with project • Serve as a point of contact for team members and the client, so that all parties are kept up to date with the progress of the project and actions are clearly laid out • Monitor progress and provide updates to management on project progress on a consistent basis to maintain standards expected. • Meet deadlines and produce efficient, high quality work to ensure client expectations are exceeded and met. • Measure project performance to identify areas of improvement • Maintain and build trusted relationships with leadership, colleagues, and staff • Follows up with customers after delivery of service to ensure that service has been delivered to the customer's satisfaction and to hand off the project to the service team for future maintenance. • Occasionally works outside of normal business hours to accommodate delivery specifications. • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS • High School diploma or equivalency • 2+ years' experience in project management or logistics, preferred • Experience in the Telecommunications industry preferred • Must be dependable and able to work a Monday through Friday 8am-5pm work schedule, with some flexibility when needed.
