Description
Provide comprehensive administrative support to Project Manager and Superintendents
Prepare cost estimates and change order proposals by contacting subcontractors, performing quantity take-offs, and obtaining material pricing
Develop and maintain construction schedules, ensuring timely project completion
Assist in the negotiation and execution of Master Subcontracts, Project Work Orders, and Purchase Orders
Coordinate, plan, and execute project activities according to schedule and deliverables
Collaborate with Project Managers to track job costs and prepare status reports
Manage, monitors, and process monthly client payment applications
Generate, track, review, and process change proposal requests, change orders, submittals, RFI's, and construction logs
Lead the project closeout process, ensuring thorough documentation and timely submission
Thrive in a fast-paced environment, maintaining productivity and composure
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
2 - 3 years of proven and successful experience in the construction industry
Experience with federal clients and government projects is a plus
Demonstrated commitment to safety protocols and fostering strong client relationships
Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is highly desirable
