The Dental Clinical Trainer will help scale a growing Dental Technology company. This role is responsible for working with and training professionals (doctors and dental assistants) to use a dental solution near the dental implant space. This position could require significant travel (could be up to 60% at times). If you would like to expand your horizons and skillset outside of the normal day-to-day dental practice responsibilities, then this could be the perfect position for you.
Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate and Present in CE courses with our DSO partners and Retail account. Answer technical calls/emails
Conduct hands-on training sessions: In-office, programs and lunch and learns (in-office & virtually)
Attend dental trade shows and national/regional conferences as needed by market segment
Collaborate with the sales representatives to demonstrate and assist with the introduction of the product portfolio
Conduct webinars and conference calls to showcase products with assigned partners
Build a professional and trusting relationship with the company and special markets customers
Assist in technical projects such as manuals, product development, technical library, and clinical trials and evaluations
Perform all assigned duties in the territory, including but not limited to meeting or exceeding annual sales goals and MBO initiatives.
Education, Experience, Skills, & Abilities:
Must be a current Certified Dental Technician, RDH, Rdhap, Dental Hygienist, EFTA or equivalent work experience - Unfortunately no exceptions on this component
Basic knowledge of full arch therapy both removable and fixed.
3 or more years of experience in the dental technology field
Knowledge of all dental laboratory phases including removable and fixed prostheses, oral anatomy, occlusion principles, dental implants, full mouth reconstruction, custom milled abutments/bars, scanning equipment, various overdenture attachments, principles of attachment classification and function
Requires a keen eye for detail and ability to visualize mechanical and spatial problems
Ability to create/edit PowerPoint presentations per audience needs
Must have excellent communication skills, ability to speak to large dental professional groups, support feedback on treatment plan and diagnose cases for best outcomes
