Position Overview:
We are looking for a Junior Experiential Producer to join our team! This full-time, on-site role is perfect for someone passionate about experiential marketing, creative problem-solving, and event production. As a Junior Experiential Producer, you will collaborate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiential marketing events. This role offers the chance to work with some of the world's leading brands, including Levi's®, adidas, and Dr. Martens.
Key Areas of Responsibility:
Project Coordination and Execution: Serve as a strategic collaborator, managing communications, creative elements, budgets, and timelines for experiential marketing programs.
Creative Problem Solving: Contribute innovative ideas and hands-on solutions in creating immersive brand experiences that captivate consumers and bring brand objectives to life.
Vendor Management: Coordinate and manage third-party vendors through the entire project lifecycle, from estimates to execution, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Client Engagement: Work closely with clients to understand their brand objectives and translate them into actionable plans for immersive marketing programs.
Event Production: Travel for client meetings, site visits, and live event execution, ensuring each event runs smoothly and delivers a memorable experience.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with creative teams, strategists, and designers to seamlessly integrate creative concepts into final production.
What Success Looks Like:
Success in this role is defined by the ability to consistently deliver projects on time and within budget, maintain clear communication across all teams and stakeholders, and contribute creative ideas that elevate the brand experience. You'll also play a key role in ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
Key Qualifications:
1-3 years of production or agency experience in event planning, production, or execution.
Strong project management skills with the ability to track progress, manage timelines, and communicate effectively with internal and external teams.
A creative mindset with an ability to find innovative solutions and contribute ideas to improve the overall event experience.
A strong sense of initiative and responsibility, with a proactive approach to tasks and problem-solving.
Experience managing third-party vendors and handling budgets and logistics.
Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Monday.com, Asana, Trello) and creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, AutoCAD, or SketchUp) is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Knowledge of experiential marketing trends and best practices.
Attention to detail with the ability to multitask and manage multiple moving parts.
A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Event Management, or a related field.
Ability to lift/move a minimum of 50 lbs. and remain on your feet for extended periods during events.
Willingness and ability totravel up to 30%, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as needed.
