Preston Wealth Advisors (PWA) is seeking motivated, ambitious students to join our Summer Internship Program 2025. This 10-week internship offers hands-on experience in wealth management, investment research, and client engagement, providing valuable exposure to the financial services industry. Interns will work on meaningful projects, collaborate with professionals, and develop essential skills for a future career in finance.
Key Responsibilities
Interns will be actively involved in projects that directly impact PWA's operations and client services, including:
Portfolio Management & Construction - Gain an understanding of portfolio management principles, asset allocation strategies, and risk management while assisting with investment research and analysis.
Client Data Entry & Management - Assist in maintaining accurate client records by entering and updating information in financial and CRM systems.
Client Experience & Engagement - Assist in developing new ways to enhance client relationships and engagement strategies.
Organizational Support - Help streamline office operations by maintaining and improving workspace organization.
Digital Transformation - Oversee the digitization of physical files to ensure efficient document management and accessibility.
Social media & Branding - Develop and execute PWA's LinkedIn strategy, create engaging content, and contribute to the firm's online presence.

Who Should Apply

Current students pursuing a degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
Strong communication and organizational skills
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and within a team
Interested in finance, investments, portfolio management, and strategic problem-solving
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with financial tools is a plus
Compensation & Work Structure
This is an hourly, non-exempt role
Interns will follow a structured work schedule with competitive hourly compensation
