The Maintenance & Reliability Engineer will help identify and manage risks that can negatively impact asset reliability and business operations. The Engineer will work to maximize asset uptime while reducing maintenance costs and potential production losses, assess the reliability of plant assets and identify areas that need improvements in operations and maintenance and identify and reduce the probability of failures and their effects. Minimize asset downtimes by restoring them to operating conditions after a breakdown. They will also ensure proactive maintenance strategies are in place to prevent unexpected breakdowns, ensuring that plant equipment runs smoothly and reliably.
