We are seeking a Channel Development Manager to build and launch a Channel Partnership Program from the ground up. This role will be responsible for designing the program structure, recruiting strategic partners (MSPs, VARs, distributors, and technology partners), and driving engagement to establish a scalable and revenue-generating partner ecosystem.
This is a high-impact, foundational role for someone with experience in B2B channel partnerships, partner enablement, and program development who is excited to create and grow a partner network.
Key Responsibilities
1. Build & Launch the Channel Partnership Program
Evaluate GoodSync's current market positioning and value proposition and design the Ideal Partner Profile (IPP) to define target partner types across MSPs, VARs, distributors, and technology partners.
Design and implement GoodSync's Channel Partner Program, defining tiers, benefits, and requirements for MSPs, VARs, and resellers.
Develop partner incentives, deal registration processes, and enablement resources to drive engagement and adoption.
Establish go-to-market (GTM) strategies to help channel partners effectively drive adoption of GoodSync's backup and synchronization solutions.
