Requirements & Responsibilities
6+ years of experience in a Director or Regional-level leadership role
Recent and current experience in full-service dining with liquor, beer, and wine (LBW) service
Proven success overseeing 6+ locations with strong operational and financial acumen
A demonstrated track record of company loyalty (no more than three jobs in the last 10 years)
A leadership style built on integrity, character, and professionalism
