Minimum Qualifications:
Active Life Insurance License.
Active Series 65 (or equivalent).
You've closed real business. You know how to move money and earn trust.
Deep understanding of retirement income strategies, annuities, and AUM.
Preferred:
3+ years in retirement planning, financial advising, or wealth management.
Experience in high-volume client environments.
Ideally in your 40s or younger, ready to grow with the firm long-term.
