What you'll be doing:
  • Meeting 5-8 clients weekly (ramping to 4/day), delivering customized retirement plans.
  • Managing and growing a robust book of AUM and annuity clients.
  • Transitioning into hosting educational seminars and workshops over time.
  • Working within a high-integrity, independent model-no product pushing-just the right solution for every client.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Active Life Insurance License.
  • Active Series 65 (or equivalent).
  • You've closed real business. You know how to move money and earn trust.
  • Deep understanding of retirement income strategies, annuities, and AUM.

Preferred:
  • 3+ years in retirement planning, financial advising, or wealth management.
  • Experience in high-volume client environments.
  • Ideally in your 40s or younger, ready to grow with the firm long-term.
