LHH is working with a consumer services organization in King of Prussia, PA to hire a temporary Benefits Admin for four to six months. The qualified candidate should have 1 least 2 years of related experience for a larger and fast-growing company. The hours are Monday through Friday 8AM to 5PM with a 1-hour lunch.

Responsibilities:
Help facilitate the benefits enrollment process for new hires
Handle and track benefits enrollments and modifications.
Make sure employees obtain their insurance cards and benefits-related materials
Monitor and oversee changes to Health Savings Account (HSA) deductions
Generate and submit the weekly 401(k) report
Support the completion and processing of FMLA paperwork
Monitor and follow up on employees' return-to-work status
Review and respond to emails coming into the main HR inbox
