Job Description:

• Responsible for managing a team of 4 Engineers and the lead Engineer managing design projects ranging from $50k to $9M.
• Will mange workflow, drive department & set budgets while balancing resources to meet demand.
• Responsible for customer facing & lead the team in projects and mentor in the process.
• Must have 10+ years of civil storm water or site design experience
• Previous leadership experience is requred
• Must be a Registered PE in Florida
• Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering is required
• Expected to grow substantially in the next 3 years!!
