Process Engineer:
Our client is seeking a Process Engineer to support equipment optimization and production efficiency in a fast-growing manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for proactive problem-solvers who are eager to identify opportunities for improvement and drive measurable cost savings.
This role is onsite in McMinnville, Oregon.
Process Engineer Responsibilities:
Analyze and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, reduce waste, and maintain product quality.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to machinery and workflow, minimizing downtime.
Utilize data-driven approaches to assess performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement process enhancements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute improvement initiatives.
Clearly articulate project contributions, including cost-saving impacts and problem-solving methodologies.
Process Engineer Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach to troubleshooting.
Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or similar process improvement methodologies is beneficial.
Ability to translate process optimizations into quantifiable financial impact.
