Modify and enhance various ServiceNow modules based on assessment outcomes, including:
IT Service Management (ITSM) Discovery Database
IT Operations Management (ITOM)
Hardware Asset Management (HAM)
Software Asset Management (SAM)
Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM)
Key Qualifications:
4-6 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
Strong knowledge of ITIL processes
Ability to assess and rectify ServiceNow configurations
Experience in integrating ServiceNow with third-party tools, particularly JIRA
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Additional Notes:
This role requires onsite presence 3 days per week in Trenton, NJ (hybrid model).
The current ServiceNow instance may be misconfigured, so the candidate should be capable of evaluating the setup and recommending improvements aligned with ITIL best practices.
