Role Overview:
The team is hiring a Project Engineering Manager to support execution across their storage portfolio. You'd be overseeing engineering deliverables, coordinating closely with internal teams and external consultants, and helping ensure projects stay on track from a technical perspective.
The role involves a mix of internal coordination and external-facing responsibilities-ideal for someone who can bridge the gap between technical execution and project delivery. There's a strong focus on managing consultant workstreams and ensuring the company is getting what it needs from its Engineers of Record and design partners.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage engineering deliverables across multiple utility-scale storage projects.
Coordinate with consultants and Engineers of Record to ensure quality and timeliness of work.
Review designs, submittals, and reports to flag issues and provide internal guidance.
Work cross-functionally with development, procurement, and construction to align on project execution.
Act as a technical point of contact both internally and externally.
Support internal decision-making with light technical modeling and input.
Ideal Background:
5-6 years of experience in project engineering.
Electrical engineering background.
Experience with energy storage, substations, or utility-scale solar.
Experience managing consultants and third-party engineers.
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a lean, fast-paced environment.
