Key Responsibilities

What We're Looking For
Minimum five years of experience in test development, validation, or reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment.
Demonstrated leadership experience in managing test engineering teams or technical projects.
Hands-on experience with dynamic testing, instrumentation (strain gauges, thermocouples, load cells), and data acquisition systems.
Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and Microsoft Office Suite.
Familiarity with formal design validation methodologies (FMECA, DFM, DFMEA).
Experience with test automation, process optimization, and statistical analysis.
Expertise in Power BI, MS Excel, and data analysis tools for monitoring and reporting.
Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.
