Are you a results-driven Test Engineering Leader with a passion for developing cutting-edge validation programs for mission-critical defense and military systems? We are seeking a Test Development Manager to lead engineering validation, failure analysis, and testing operations in a high-performance manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can develop, implement, and scale test programs while ensuring compliance with MIL-SPEC and AS9100 standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute test programs for prototype and production hardware.

What We're Looking For
  • Minimum five years of experience in test development, validation, or reliability engineering within a manufacturing environment.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing test engineering teams or technical projects.
  • Hands-on experience with dynamic testing, instrumentation (strain gauges, thermocouples, load cells), and data acquisition systems.
  • Proficiency in CAD software (SolidWorks, Autodesk Inventor) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with formal design validation methodologies (FMECA, DFM, DFMEA).
  • Experience with test automation, process optimization, and statistical analysis.
  • Expertise in Power BI, MS Excel, and data analysis tools for monitoring and reporting.
  • Strong strategic planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance, if required.
