We are seeking a ServiceNow Architect to lead and optimize the ServiceNow platform across IT Asset Management, IT Service Management, and CMDB governance. In this role, you will design, implement, and manage ServiceNow solutions to support Hardware Asset Management (HAM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and IT Service Management (ITSM) while ensuring best practices in CMDB data governance.
Key Responsibilities:
Platform Architecture & Implementation:Design and optimize the ServiceNow platform for HAM, SAM, and ITSM initiatives.
Lead the deployment, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow modules.
ServiceNow Product Deployment & Performance Optimization:Oversee the implementation and rollout of new ServiceNow capabilities.
Ensure platform stability, scalability, and performance optimization.
Program & Project Management:Coordinate and assess deployment use cases, schedules, and stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align ServiceNow solutions with business objectives.
CMDB & Data Governance:Establish best practices for CMDB data governance and data integrity.
Ensure ServiceNow's CMDB aligns with industry standards and enterprise architecture.
Industry & Business Alignment:Leverage knowledge of High-Tech Software, Manufacturing, and Automotive industries to align ServiceNow capabilities with business needs.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect or similar role.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow HAM, SAM, ITSM, and CMDB best practices.
Strong experience with ServiceNow product deployment, integration, and configuration.
Knowledge of platform performance optimization and ServiceNow governance best practices.
Program/Project Management experience to oversee deployment strategies and execution.
Experience working in high-tech, manufacturing, or automotive industries is a plus.
ServiceNow certifications (Certified System Administrator, Certified Implementation Specialist) are preferred.
