Experienced Project Manager to support its Data Operations team. This role involves managing timelines, dependencies, and collaboration across business and technology teams to ensure successful project execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead project planning, define scope, and manage deliverables.
Oversee project dependencies to ensure smooth integration of business and technical solutions.
Track and coordinate data acquisition requests from initiation to delivery.
Collaborate with Business Technology Solutions (BTS) teams for seamless data onboarding.
Conduct Lessons Learned Meetings and implement process improvements.
Maintain process documentation and ensure transparency in project operations.
Prepare leadership-ready reports summarizing project progress, risks, and mitigation strategies.
Document project updates in Jira and PowerPoint for governance review.
Required Skills & Experience:
4+ years of project management experience, with at least 2 years in data operations or data integration projects.
Strong risk management, problem-solving, and data integration/database design knowledge.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with experience in large matrixed organizations.
Proficiency in JIRA and other project management tools.
Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies preferred.
Relevant certifications (PMP, Agile Scrum Master) are a plus.
