An environmental engineering company is seeking an Assistant Project Coordinator in Charleston, SC to provide administrative support for team projects. This is a wonderful opportunity for a candidate seeking a career path in project management. Deltek software experience is preferred and strong math skills are required.

This temp-to-hire position offers a full-time, onsite schedule.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide regional Project Coordinators and Project Managers with administrative support
  • Update and maintain databases pertinent to the engineering division
  • Assist with data entry, invoicing, and account receivables
  • Work on environmental and engineering projects

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1+ years of related experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong background in mathematics
  • Deltek experience preferred

Benefits & Compensation:
  • $22 - $28 per hour, based on experience
