Position Overview The Electrical Project Manager will oversee commercial construction projects from conception to completion, ensuring that all work is performed safely, on time, and within budget. The role requires a strong understanding of electrical systems and project management methodologies to deliver high-quality results while coordinating with various stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage commercial construction projects from start to finish in accordance with schedule and budget.
Coordinate with engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to define project specifications and ensure compliance with all safety and building regulations.
Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports for senior management and clients on the status of the project.
Manage resources effectively, including personnel, materials, and equipment, to optimize project delivery.
Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize impact on project timelines and costs.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry, specifically with electrical projects.
Strong knowledge of electrical systems, safety standards, and building codes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients.
