Job Description:

Job Title: Supply Chain Data Analyst

Location: Bellevue, WA (Hybrid - 3 days a week in office)

Year of experience required: Min 5 years

Required:

• Must have- Ability to work with data using SQL, some knowledge of how inventory interacts with demand and supply.
• Ability to quickly learn and use PowerBI, ability to run pre-created Python code, ability to read Python code and make small edits for troubleshooting.

Job Description

• Assist with queries and data analysis for device and accessory demand, inventory, supply actuals and forecasts.
• Troubleshoot errors causing data inconsistencies.
• Create executive level reporting as well as detailed ad hoc reports.

Technology Requirements (I.E Programs, systems, etc)

SQL, Python, PowerBI, Excel

What does a typical day look like? (Daily tasks)

Run regular reporting then troubleshoot issues. Gather data for monthly reporting, follow up with stakeholders for data inputs, run adhoc reporting requested

Preferred background/prior work experience?

Supply chain finance, or supply chain data analyst

Priority soft skills

Detail oriented, communication skills (simple direct language, clarifying questions), patience, diplomacy, problem solving, adaptability.
