A top-tier Venture Capital firm is looking for an organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support a growing marketing team. This role combines traditional executive assistant duties, such as calendar management and logistics, with project coordination, social media management, and general marketing support. You will play a key role in ensuring projects stay on track and helping facilitate team workflows.
Role is based in Menlo Park or San Francisco
Responsibilities:
Executive & Administrative Support: Manage calendars, expenses, travel, and meetings. Assist with reports, presentations, and documents. Provide administrative backup as needed.
Project Coordination: Support marketing initiatives and ensure deadlines are met.
Content Management: Assist with content creation and coordination for various platforms.
Social Media & Analytics: Oversee social media content, draft posts, engage with followers, and track performance metrics.
Website Support: Assist with content updates and page management.
What We're Looking For:
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with social media platforms and basic analytics
Familiarity with project management tools and Google Suite
At least 5-7 years of executive support experience
A Bachelor's degree is required
$130 - 150k Base Salary + Bonus + Benefits!
