Calculated Hire is in search of a Quality Control & Account Boarding Specialist for our Fortune 100 Financial Services client. The role of this position is to support onboarding operations within the Merchant Services Operations Group. This position will focus on account setup, data entry, quality control, and peer review, ensuring accuracy and compliance throughout the onboarding process. Additionally, the role will involve adding locations, regulatory support, and contract management.
With account boarding ramping up, we are seeking detail-oriented, fast learners who can adapt quickly and help establish a 100% Quality Control (QC) process for Add Locations Work. Key Responsibilities:
Perform data entry, account boarding, and quality control checks for new merchant accounts.
Conduct peer reviews to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.
Help develop and implement the 100% QC process for Add Locations Work to improve accuracy and cycle times.
Collaborate with teams to troubleshoot and resolve account setup issues efficiently.
Monitor account boarding workflows and recommend process improvements to enhance speed and accuracy.
Work closely with leadership to provide updates on quality trends, escalations, and headcount discussions.
Qualifications:
Experience in merchant services, payments, or financial services account boarding.
Strong background in data entry, quality control, and peer review.
Familiarity with regulatory compliance and contract management in the payments industry.
Detail-oriented with excellent problem-solving and process improvement skills.
Ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); experience with account boarding systems a plus.
