Procurement Executive at Blue Wireless
You are responsible for managing procurement across the Americas region, ensuring timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. This role involves coordinating with suppliers, maintaining procurement records, reviewing and approving bills and supporting day-to-day operations. You should have excellent organizational skills, pay great attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
So, what will be on your plate? (key responsibilities)
Procurement Processes
Coordinate procurement activities, including the preparation of purchase orders and ensuring compliance with procurement policies.
Manage and update the procurement database, including supplier information and procurement records.
Manage incoming bills, review and approve in coordination with finance team
Supplier Management
Liaise with suppliers to obtain product or service information such as price, availability, and delivery schedule.
Evaluate supplier performance and maintain positive relationships to ensure reliable and continuous supply.
Resolve any issues related to procurement processes or supplier performance.
Cost Management
Monitor and analyze procurement costs to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements.
Assist in the preparation of cost reports and budgets.
Documentation and Reporting
Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records and documentation.
Prepare and submit regular procurement reports to management.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to procurement.
If you-
Have a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
Have a strong organizational and time management skills
Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Are proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Are able to work independently and as part of a team
Are detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Have the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Have a strong problem-solving skills and ability to resolve issues effectively
