Salary: $115,000 - 125,000 + 20% performance based bonus

Insight Global' s client is actively seeking a Vice President of Retail Operations to lead and manage one of their largest branches in Nashville, TN. This individual will manage a multi-million dollar operation with a portfolio of over 1,000 customers. Their primary responsibilities include maintaining and enhancing client relationships to ensure top-tier customer service, leading business reviews, and achieving pricing and budget goals to ensure profitability. Additionally, this individual will oversee daily and weekly reports to understand each accounts priorities, contents, and manage their impact on the business. Other responsibilities will include assisting with sales activities, encompassing client presentations, grand openings, trade shows, as well as collaborating with local retail management to ensure installations, merchandising standards, and promotional efforts are achieved. The ideal candidate will possess strong people management and leadership skills, overseeing up to six direct reports, including the Director of Retails Operations, Maintenance Manager, Warehouse Manager, and others.
