Now hiring, Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Continuing Education Professional Level Associate to join our client's team. In this Contract-to-Hire role, you will assist in planning and developing online clinical education content, manage a comprehensive Education Online library, and support educational initiatives at conferences and meetings.
Responsibilities:
Online Education Management:
Oversee all content within the CE Online library, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
Manage and promote on-demand and live webinar content.
Generate reports on revenue, registration, and program trends.
Respond to member inquiries regarding online education and provide outstanding customer support.
Program Development:
Assist in planning and implementing scientific and continuing education programs.
Work collaboratively with committees to identify new educational opportunities.
Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.
Event Support:
Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Annual Meeting, Conferences, and other educational events.
Manage speaker communications, session planning, and evaluation processes.
Coordinate the development and proofing of publications and promotional materials.
Committee Collaboration:
Provide administrative support to various committees and task forces.
Compile and share evaluation data to inform future programming decisions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Experience with meeting planning and familiarity with continuing accreditation processes is a plus.
