EETech is seeking a talented and experienced Performance Marketing Strategist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance performance. This role involves analyzing data, identifying trends, and recommending solutions to improve efficiency, productivity, and overall effectiveness. We're looking for someone who is analytical, organized, and a perceptive professional who is a skilled communicator.

Primary Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive Google Ads strategies for clients in the electronics market, incorporating PMax, Search, Video and Display campaigns to maximize reach and efficiency.
  • Conduct client meetings with the sales team to represent the technical aspects of campaign structure and targeting
  • Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify target keywords and optimize campaign performance.
  • Create and optimize engaging ad copy and creative assets for both search and display campaigns.
  • Manage campaign budgets, bidding strategies, and performance tracking to ensure maximum ROI.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve key metrics such as CTR, CPC, and conversion rate.
  • Provide regular performance reports and insights to clients, highlighting campaign performance and recommending strategic adjustments.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, creative, content, and data analytics, to ensure seamless execution of campaign strategies and alignment with marketing & client objectives.
  • Coordinate with external partners, such as media agencies and platform representatives, to stay updated on best practices, beta opportunities, and campaign performance improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and algorithm changes to ensure campaigns remain competitive and effective.

Qualifications and Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads campaigns, with a focus on paid search and display advertising.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
  • Strong proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other relevant advertising platforms.
  • Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager (GTM) and other web analytics tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
