Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field
5+ years of supply chain experience in the manufacturing industry - specifically production planning.
2+ years of supervisory.
Proficient in production scheduling.
Hands on ERP system experience - IQMS preferred.
Analytical and problem-solving capability.

Responsibilities:
Manage the Master Production Schedule, shipping/receiving, and the warehouse.
Manage and lead a team by driving optimal performance expectations.
IQMS superuser
Collaborate cross functionally which includes the engineering, sales, and marketing teams on products and services.
Manage inventory controls which includes phase in/phase out, ensuring efficient levels, and cycle counts.
Provide innovation and guidance on standardized processes systems to ensure production improvements.
Create purchase orders, manage delivery and quality issues, and participate in vendor audits.
