My client, a multi-billion dollar bank is seeking a skilled Card Fraud Strategy Specialist to join the team. In this role, you will be supporting the Director of Fraud Strategy with the help of your team in developing and implementing strategic initiatives to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of card fraud risk management.
This role is essential in maintaining the balance between fraud prevention, customer experience, and operational performance while meeting key productivity and quality metrics.
Responsibilities:
Develop and refine fraud detection rules for card transactions to mitigate risk while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
Work closely with risk management, fraud operations, product teams, and technology partners to implement and enhance fraud prevention measures.
Oversee strategic initiatives, monitor emerging fraud trends, and mentor a team of analysts to strengthen fraud prevention efforts
Qualifications:
Strong track record with fraud detection and card transactions.
Coming from a bank or other financial institution.
Strong strategic, analytical, problem-solving, and storyboarding skills.
