3rd shift Production Supervisor at Accentuate Staffing in Garner, North Carolina

Job Description:

Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established beverage manufacturer in the Garner area who is looking for a Production Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire position working on night shift 11pm-7am, however must be available to train on day shift for 4-8 weeks.

Responsibilities:

1. Production Supervisor is responsible for operating, maintaining and troubleshooting machinery and equipment
2. Supervisor is responsible for setting up, sterilizing and continuously monitoring equipment
3. Supervisor is responsible for communicating with and managing employees' in regards to performance expectations, offering support, and providing guidance as needed
4. Supervisor is responsible for documenting all necessary paperwork
5. Supervisor is responsible for interviewing and training new employees

Requirements:

1. Production supervisor must have 2 years supervisory experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
2. Previous food, beverage, plastics, or pharmaceutical experience highly preferred
3. Supervisor must have previous experience in interviewing and training employees as well as conducting performance reviews and performance improvement plans
4. Supervisor must have a strong attention to detail
5. Supervisor must have a High School Diploma or equivalent
