Job Description:
This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one
Responsibilities:
- Responding to customers requests such as quotes, checking inventory, print drawing and sending quotes to customers
- Working with customer sales order entry in JobBOSS, creating PO reviews, confirming the PO with the customer
- Printing travelers, required documents and PO's
- Working with reports such as late reports, assisting customers with updated information
- Purchasing office supplies
- Ordering materials from specified vendors for the customers projects
- Updating vendors purchase orders with correct pricing
- Maintain the management system for required quality standards ISO 9001
- Scanning information such as travelers, discrepancy sheets and inspection reports
- Creating files for each customer project
- Filing information including copies of paid invoices for the final submission
Qualifications:
- Previous office management experience
- Bachelor's degree is preferred
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office
Hours are:
Monday through Friday - First Shift
The salary is up to $70K based on experience
