Job Description:

This position is a DIRECT HIRE ROLE from day one

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to customers requests such as quotes, checking inventory, print drawing and sending quotes to customers
  • Working with customer sales order entry in JobBOSS, creating PO reviews, confirming the PO with the customer
  • Printing travelers, required documents and PO's
  • Working with reports such as late reports, assisting customers with updated information
  • Purchasing office supplies
  • Ordering materials from specified vendors for the customers projects
  • Updating vendors purchase orders with correct pricing
  • Maintain the management system for required quality standards ISO 9001
  • Scanning information such as travelers, discrepancy sheets and inspection reports
  • Creating files for each customer project
  • Filing information including copies of paid invoices for the final submission

Qualifications:
  • Previous office management experience
  • Bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office

Hours are:

Monday through Friday - First Shift

The salary is up to $70K based on experience
