Job Description:
The Administrative Assistant will provide essential office support, manage administrative projects, and oversee office operations. This role requires strong organization, flexibility, and the ability to multitask in a professional setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support, including invoicing, scanning, and coordinating projects.
Manage office facilities, common areas, and supply inventory.
Process corporate card expenses, review invoices, and handle office supply purchases.
Answer phones, manage incoming mail/packages, and ensure office organization.
Maintain kitchen areas, including unloading dishwashers and restocking supplies.
Coordinate with landlords, vendors, and IT for office maintenance and equipment needs.
Qualifications:
3-5 years of Administrative Assistant experience, including office support, facilities management, and project coordination.
Background in finance, professional services, or healthcare preferred
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office, tech savvy for office equipment usage
Excellent organizational and communication skills.
Must be adaptable, personable, and willing to take on varied tasks in a small office environment.
Strong tenure and a manageable commute are key factors.
Bachelor's Degree preferred
