The Senior Business Process & Tech Architect participates in Information Technology Governance activities, innovation, strategy and continuous process improvement across the enterprise. This includes organizing, leading, and facilitating cross-BU requirements gathering, process design, improvement and re-engineering initiatives that can encompass an end-to-end analysis and future state redesign.
The incumbent will have an understanding of the scope of IT services and products, and review of related technical and process operations for the purposes of improvement and optimization.
Perform data analysis, technical analysis, risk and performance reporting on asset, vendor, risk, program lifecycle data and architecture services.
Leads and supports efforts to improve data quality, technical operations, cost & process optimization, planning and stakeholder collaboration, stakeholder expectations and continuously improve costs and services.
Liaising with cross functional teams and departments utilizing effective communication and change management methods with stakeholders and owners.
Skills:
Knowledge in all aspects of designing and constructing business capabilities, value streams, business processes, and organizational structures.
Knowledge of existing, new and emerging technologies and ability to practically apply them to new business designs and business models to achieve targeted business outcomes.
Ability to analyze project and product needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives and solve problems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office programs, Teams, Power BI.
Ability to analyze, organize and prioritize work while meeting multiple deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Ability to work with minimal supervision.
Demonstrated process improvement and implementation skills.
Education:
4-7 years of experience developing test plans, test cases and performing user testing and implementation readiness.
Demonstrated experience optimizing processes and systems including usage of standard illustration tools.
