Job Description:

We're looking for a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join an independent agency in Texas. You'll be the backbone of the client service team, managing personal insurance accounts-like auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies-while collaborating with agents and carriers to deliver top-notch support and tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, and renewals with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
  • Review and process applications, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Texas insurance regulations.
  • Work with multiple carriers to obtain quotes, compare coverage options, and secure the best policies for clients' needs.
  • Maintain detailed client records in agency management systems and resolve billing or claims issues promptly.
  • No selling required

Qualifications:
  • Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) General Lines License required.
  • 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with an independent agency.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with a knack for building client trust.
  • Proficiency in agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office.
  • Team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment and excels at multitasking.
