We're looking for a detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join an independent agency in Texas. You'll be the backbone of the client service team, managing personal insurance accounts-like auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies-while collaborating with agents and carriers to deliver top-notch support and tailored solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, policy changes, and renewals with a focus on retention and satisfaction.
Review and process applications, endorsements, and cancellations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Texas insurance regulations.
Work with multiple carriers to obtain quotes, compare coverage options, and secure the best policies for clients' needs.
Maintain detailed client records in agency management systems and resolve billing or claims issues promptly.

Qualifications:
Active Texas Property & Casualty (P&C) General Lines License required.
2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably with an independent agency.
Strong organizational and communication skills, with a knack for building client trust.
Proficiency in agency management software (e.g., Applied Epic, AMS360) and Microsoft Office.
