The Role:

As our Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing relationships with commercial fleets, small businesses, and corporate clients. Your focus will be on account management, outside sales, and strategic growth initiatives to increase our footprint in the fleet service industry. This is a high-impact role for a self-starter who thrives on relationship-building, problem-solving, and driving revenue.

What You'll Do:
  • Develop & Manage Client Relationships: Cultivate strong partnerships with commercial fleet managers, small business owners, and corporate decision-makers.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Identify and close new business opportunities in the fleet segment while maintaining and expanding existing accounts.
  • Customize Solutions: Work with clients to understand their fleet service needs and develop tailored tire and auto repair programs.
  • On-the-Go Selling: Travel locally to meet with prospects, conduct fleet assessments, and present service options.
  • Market Expansion: Implement strategic initiatives to increase our brand presence and market share in the fleet sector.
  • Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with store managers, service advisors, and technicians to ensure top-quality service for fleet clients.
  • Stay Ahead of the Game: Keep up with industry trends, pricing, and competition to position our services effectively.

What We're Looking For:
  • Sales Hustle: Proven experience in outside sales, account management, or business development-preferably in the automotive, tire, or fleet service industry.
  • Fleet Knowledge: Familiarity with commercial vehicle maintenance, tires, and repair services is a big plus.
  • People Person: Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Self-Motivated: A go-getter attitude with the ability to work independently and drive results.
  • Organized & Tech-Savvy: Strong time management and CRM/database skills.
  • Valid Driver's License: Required for travel within the assigned territory.
