What you'll do

As an FP&A Analyst at Nclusion, you will play a critical role in shaping financial strategy and business decision-making. You will be responsible for financial planning, forecasting, and data-driven insights to support our rapid growth. This role requires a combination of financial acumen, analytical thinking, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency and drive strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis & Forecasting: Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning processes to align with business objectives.
  • Variance Analysis: Monitor and analyze financial performance against forecasts, identifying trends, risks, and opportunities.
  • Data Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to support business decision-making and investment strategies.
  • Reporting & Presentations: Prepare financial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and key stakeholders.
  • Strategic Business Insights: Provide financial insights that influence company strategy and operational decisions.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with accounting, operations, and other departments to improve financial efficiency and alignment.
  • Ad-Hoc Analysis: Conduct deep dives into business performance, identifying key drivers and recommendations for improvement.

Minimum requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2-5 years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or related financial roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel (financial modeling, scenario analysis, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Preferred qualifications
  • MBA, CFA, or CPA certification is a plus.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup or fintech environment.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, or Tableau for data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills to convey financial insights effectively.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive financial efficiencies.
  • $100,000 - $140,000 a year
