We seeking Founding Engineers who are full stack generalists meaning you'll get a chance to work across the entire stack (frontend, backend, AI infrastructure, devops). Given the compound nature of the product, we also tend to form short-lived teams around specific projects.
Key Responsibilities: • Outlining the 0-to-1 of project requirements, goals, and roadmaps from customer problems • Defining complex agentic architectures in a demanding, highly-regulated industry • Wrangling a wide variety of cutting-edge agentic AI infrastructure • Leading end-to-end implementation to deliver fast, high-quality iterations to customers
Salaries up to $250,000, 0.2% equity, VISA sponsorship available and will support relocation!
