About the Role
As the AI/ML Manager, you will spearhead the development and deployment of advanced AI and machine learning models to enhance efficiency across our semiconductor manufacturing operations. You'll lead a multidisciplinary team of experts, collaborating closely with engineers and manufacturing specialists to implement AI-driven optimizations that redefine industry standards.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
?? Education: Advanced degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
?? Experience: 5+ years in AI/ML leadership, ideally in the semiconductor industry
?? Technical Expertise: Proven success in deploying AI solutions in manufacturing environments
?? Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing processes
?? Leadership: Experience leading and mentoring high-performing teams
?? Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, R, or similar languages
?? AI Tools & Frameworks: Familiarity with key machine learning platforms and tools
Preferred Skills
? Experience with AI applications specific to the semiconductor industry
? Knowledge of Industry 4.0 and its role in manufacturing optimization
? Strong communication skills to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders
