Volt is immediately hiring for a Senior Administrative Assistant in Vista, California.


As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will:

• Manage customer experience by greeting customers and vendors and ensuring sign-in procedures.
• Notify site management upon arrival of inspection agencies.
• Write and distribute meeting agendas and minutes.
• Issue badges for new hires, team members, and contractors.
• Assist with the New Hire Experience, including photos and paperwork.
• Send birthday and anniversary cards to employees.
• Process purchase orders (POs) using SAP.
• Monitor leadership calendars and schedule meetings.
• Manage internal and external mailings.
• Order and maintain supplies for the site, including conference rooms.
• Maintain snacks and drinks for Customer and Team Member Experience.
• Post company updates on tracker and vision boards.
• Manage external social media presence with communications and HR.
• Organize vendors for events and coordinate meals for visitors and meetings.
• Set up service requests for admin teams or main office areas.
• Collect, analyze, and prepare data reports, charts, and budgets.

This is a full-time Temp-to-Hire opportunity.

The ideal candidate will have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent.
• 5-7 years of experience supporting multiple functions within an organization.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Experience with SAP for purchase order processing (preferred).
• Ability to work both independently and within a team.
• Strong customer service skills and professionalism in handling confidential information.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift (8:00?am - 5:00?pm)

Pay Rate: $31.25 - $33.65 per hour
