Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Marketing Consultant to focus on our ADA process and operations team within Enterprise Marketing Services part of Consumer Lending. This role will help drive consistent accessibility practices, providing review and day to day guidance and support on the process and testing to ensure digital accessibility requirements are being met.
In this role, you will:
Manage, define and transform ADA operations within the Channel and Content Operations team
Serve as a liaison between Lines of Business within marketing and the ADA testing team to ensure digital marketing assets are appropriately tested with SLA
Review ADA intakes tasks to evaluate ADA testing needs, ensuring testing decisions are recorded and evidenced within the system of record
Continuously evaluate ADA operations to identify areas of opportunity for process efficiency
Lead and/or support driving consistent accessibility practices across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) within the digital environment
Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution and rollout of the Accessibility Transformation digital strategy
Build strategic partnerships to help drive and promote accessibility within the organization; advocate for considering accessibility as a vital part of the customer experience
Work in a highly collaborative environment, supporting design practitioners, testing and business leads to deliver accessibility solutions
Contribute to accessibility training of others
Lead and present training sessions to internal and external audiences
Develop and facilitate accessibility training and presentations
Perform analysis on ADA reporting to identify trends with the ADA process and ADA testing outcomes
Use strategic problem solving to help alleviate roadblocks or impediments within the ADA process
Potentially support other Content and Channel operations initiatives, using process operations expertise to help inform and lead those
Required Qualifications:
5+ years of Marketing Production experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with ADA
Experience with process operations
Ability to lead without authority and influence others to improve channel effectiveness
Comfortable owning work and working through high levels of ambiguity to deliver high quality results
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills, including attention to detail
Experience developing partnerships with leaders and subject matter experts across multiple business functions
Ability to take initiative, work independently with minimal supervision, and demonstrate urgency
Experience using Jira
Effective critical thinking and credible challenge skills

Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates. $96,600.00 - $171,800.00 Benefits
