TK Elevator is seeking a Communications Coordinator Intern- Summer 2025 Internship in Germantown, TN.
Through this internship opportunity, you will be introduced to TKE branding and our aligned strategic messaging. With this understanding, you will help support the company's communication strategy by creating and distributing content across various internal communications channels.
The intern will coordinate with associates across all N.A. Production and Supply Chain locations (Germantown, TN, Byhalia, MS, Middleton, TN and Atlanta, GA) to develop content for more effective communications.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
Internal communications - The intern will draft employee newsletter articles, announcements, and other internal communications across various channels including email, TV sliders, newsletters, intranet (The Lobby).
Employee Engagement / Event Support - The intern will be available to coordinate and support upcoming events, including "Friends & Family Day" (weekend event).
Graphics Support - The intern will collaborate with graphic designers to understand how to communicate more effectively via various visual avenues.
Social Media - The intern will provide suggestions for social media communications to the External Communications Manager.
