Job Overview:



In this position, you will play a critical role in supporting the research, development, and production processes. You will perform a variety of laboratory tests, ensuring products meet the highest quality standards and regulatory requirements. You'll work alongside a talented team of scientists and engineers, contributing to the creation of world-class products that make a difference globally.


Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct laboratory testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products, ensuring compliance with internal and external quality standards.


• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment, including HPLC, spectrometers, microscopes, and other analytical instruments.


• Prepare and maintain accurate records of testing results, maintaining detailed documentation of all procedures and results.


• Analyze data and generate reports to communicate findings to supervisors and other team members.


• Follow strict safety protocols and laboratory best practices to ensure a clean and safe working environment.


• Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues, ensuring minimal downtime.


• Support the development and improvement of laboratory processes and testing methods.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.

Qualifications:

• 
  Education: Bachelor's/Associates degree in a relevant scientific discipline (Chemistry, Biology, Biochemistry, etc.) or equivalent experience.


• 
  Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience working in a laboratory environment, preferably in manufacturing or quality control.


• 
  Technical Skills: Experience with laboratory testing equipment (HPLC, titration, color testing, spectrometers, etc.) and laboratory software.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and report test data.


• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions accurately.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.


• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a regulated manufacturing environment (ISO, FDA, or similar).


• Knowledge of Good Laboratory Practices (GLP) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).


• Familiarity with data analysis software (e.g., LIMS systems).
