About the Role

This position allows you to partner with other team members and key stakeholders to provide Incredible Customer Experiences of your own! Duties and responsibilities may include:

• Responsibilities include execution of Consumer and Business Monitoring and Reviews, strategies, and credit risks, assessment of the effectiveness of credit risk management of assigned businesses, proposal of pragmatic solutions to risk and control issues, and maintaining ongoing contact with the Bank’s senior leadership through continuous Business Monitoring and corrective action follow-up where applicable.
• Provides independent, objective, reliable, valued and timely assurance to the Board, the Committees, the Bank’s Chief Risk Officer, senior management and regulators over the effectiveness of credit, capital and collateral risk management and the ability of Business and independent Risk Management to identify, monitor and mitigate current and emerging risks.
• Preparation of Credit Assessment Documents in accordance with and at the quality standards required by the Bank’s internal policies and procedures.
• Approval of relationship-level file testing prepared by compliance.
• Assesses the effectiveness of credit risk management and the ability of the business and independent risk to identify, monitor and mitigate current and emerging credit risks across the organization.
• Strategically assesses risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating consideration for the Bank’s reputation and safeguarding its clients and assets by compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations.
• Adheres to Policy, applies sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalates, manages and reports control issues with transparency.

This is a regular full-time salaried exempt position, averaging approximately 40 hours/week. Schedule may vary between the hours of 8:00 am to 5:30 pm CST Monday through Friday.

This position will work on-site at our IncredibleBank branch location on 17th Avenue in Wausau, WI.

• 10+ years work experience in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration or similar with Credit or financial statement analysis experience required.
• 5+ years supervisory/management experience required.
• Senior Credit Officer qualification preferred. Regulatory experience or relevant experience in a similar role at another institution is desirable.
• One or a combination of the following licenses is preferred: CPA, CBA, CIA
