Position Overview



Ultimate Staffing Services is actively seeking an experienced Front Desk Receptionist to join a reputable construction company in Costa Mesa, CA. The ideal candidate will be professional, bilingual in Spanish, and have 1-2 years of recent work history. This is an onsite position that requires excellent communication skills and the ability to manage inbound calls effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive inbound calls and direct them to the appropriate personnel.


• Take messages and ensure timely delivery to the intended recipients.


• Answer phones with professionalism and courtesy.


• Provide a welcoming atmosphere for visitors and clients at the front desk.


• Maintain an organized and efficient reception area.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of recent work history in a similar role.


• Bilingual in Spanish is required.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Professional demeanor and appearance.


• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Required Work Hours



Monday through Friday, first shift.

Benefits



Competitive pay ranging from $20.00 to $22.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
